Family Support Services

Eligible children in Family Centered Early Support Services
are eligible to receive Family Support Services.
Family Support is a program that helps parents/guardians
understand the various resources available to them as well as maneuver the
often confusing systems of service delivery for family members with a disability.
Family Support Coordinators work with families to provide valuable resource
information and connect families with services identified below.
