Support for Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities

 

In Home Supports is an array of services provided to an individual,
birth through 21, and their family whose needs are intensive.
Services are identified by the family and may include but not be limited to
in home care providers, respite, specialized therapies, equipment and training,
specialized consultations, nursing and other medically related services.
In order to be eligible, the individual with the developmental disability
must live at home and be eligible for Area Agency services and Medicaid.
