Northern Human Services Community Needs Assessment
Northern Human Services is conducting a Community Needs Assessment to better understand the behavioral health needs of the communities we serve across Coös, Carroll, and northern Grafton counties. The findings will guide how mental health, substance use, crisis, and care-coordination services are planned and strengthened in the years ahead.
We want to hear from everyone — residents, families, people with lived experience of mental health or substance use challenges, providers, and community partners. The survey is confidential and takes about 10 minutes.
