Contract Services for Special Instruction and Related Services for Children Ages Three Through Four Years Old. Northern Human Services contracts with local school systems to provide specialized instruction to FCESS children who have aged out of our program (turned three) and have been determined to have an educational disability by the school district and are in need of specialized instruction and/or related services.
Depending on when a child ages out and is discharged from FCESS, he/she may have to wait to enter preschool because of the time of the year or a preschool may be at capacity. School districts will contract with NHS personnel to provide temporary services in the areas of speech language therapy, OT, and/or PT. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
NHS also provides private contract services to families. Contact email@example.com for more information.
